A full-service law firm is seeking an experienced Conveyancer with Commercial Lending experience to join its Chilliwack office .

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years’ experience in a law firm , strong knowledge of BC conveyancing , and the ability to independently manage 20–25 transactions per month , including sales, purchases, mortgages, refinances, and commercial loans.

Salary : $50,000–$75,000 (commensurate with experience)

Work model : In-office
