As Canadas largest collector coin retailer, the company operates both in-store and online at cdncoin. Canadian Coin & Currency is also an authorized distributor of collector coins for the Royal Canadian Mint. With a team of about 10 employees, every role is valued, contributing to a strong and collaborative team environment.

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Associate to support our operations team. In this role, you will be reporting to the Shipping Manager. You will be responsible for accurately receiving, organizing, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and a safe, efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and inspect for damage
• Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders according to company standards
• Prepare shipping labels, documentation, and coordinate with carriers
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Organize and maintain a clean, orderly shipping and receiving area
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times
