The Opportunity
This is days-based opportunity to join a forward-thinking manufacturer that combines innovation, sustainability, and advanced technology. They are seeking an Industrial Automation Electrician to support a modern production facility where safety, precision, and reliability are top priorities. This role offers stability, competitive compensation, and a supportive environment that values craftsmanship, problem-solving, and continuous learning.
This is very much a hands-on, shop floor position—perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and getting into the heart of the action. Most of the day will be spent out on the floor, working directly with machinery, troubleshooting systems, and turning the screwdriver to keep production moving. While there will be moments where you’ll reference schematics, log work orders, or input data at a workstation, this is not a desk-bound job. Instead, it’s a dynamic, active role where you’ll be in the mix, solving problems in real time, and making a direct impact on operations.
