Accounts Payable Specialist

Calling all Accounts Payable Administrators! We have an exciting opportunity located in Woodbridge, ON through Randstad Finance & Accounting. Randstad has partnered with a recognized organization, looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team. This role is crucial for managing high-volume accounts payable, with a focus on processing invoices and handling customer program payments.

Responsibilities
• Process high-volume Accounts Payable invoices accurately and efficiently
• Manage and process customer program payments (e.g. co-op, promotions, sales allowances, agreements for sales promotion)
• Ensure all payment requests and documentation comply with company policies • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Utilize SAP for all AP transactions and reporting
• Assist with month-end closing procedures related to Accounts Payable

Qualifications
• Proven strong Accounts Payable background or general accounting experience with a heavy focus on AP
• Direct experience processing customer program payments (e.g., co-op, promotions, allowances)
• Strong SAP experience is a must
• Experience handling high-volume AP invoices
• Ability to work fully onsite in the Woodbridge location
