Position Overview

Scene Ideas is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Driver to support our live events and productions. This role is responsible for transporting equipment and materials to and from event sites using company vehicles up to 5-ton trucks . Work hours and assignments are based on our event schedule , including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and out-of-town travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles up to 5‑ton capacity.
• Transport event equipment, staging, and materials to venues and warehouses.
• Complete local and out‑of‑town deliveries, including overnight assignments when required.
• Drive in winter and adverse weather conditions, including mountain and highway routes.
• Perform basic vehicle checks (pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections).
• Load and unload equipment as required, following safe lifting practices.
• Maintain accurate driving logs and delivery documentation.
• Communicate with dispatch, project managers, and crew leads regarding schedules and routes.
• Represent Scene Ideas professionally while on the road and at venues.
