Operations Coordinator

The operations coordinator is responsible for coordinating and scheduling the daily operations of our glass technicians, ensuring that all our customer needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal applicant will have excellent organization skills, great communication skills, and the ability to multitask with a strong understanding of urgency.

The operations coordinator will be responsible to ensuring timely ordering of materials and motivating the team to achieve our weekly and monthly targets.

Key Responsibilities :

Scheduling & Dispatching

• Coordinating and scheduling customer appointments and installations, ensuring optimal allocation of resources, and ensuring Emergency Services are executed in a timely manner
• Monitoring the daily jobs to ensure timely completion
• Adjusting the schedule as required to meet targets

The pay range for this position is $23.00 to $30.00, depending on your level of experience.
