Job description

A community support organization in Courtenay is seeking a Shelter Resource Worker to provide critical support to homeless adults in an emergency shelter. Responsibilities include supervising guests, assisting with intakes, and connecting them with community resources. Ideal candidates should have a Certificate or Grade 12 education, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently or in teams. Compensation ranges from $27.92 to $29.60 based on experience.
