AV Group NB Inc. Atholville Millis recruiting for the position of Spare Pool Employee . In this position, you think outside the box and constantly look for continuous improvement opportunities. You provide relief for various operating positions, including clean up, lifting and handling of materials and general labour duties.

Requirements

• Minimum one (1) year course with a post‑secondary institution in an industrial related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Displays initiative and flexibility
• Understands and is able to demonstrate analytical problem solving and decision making
• Must be willing and able to work rotating shifts, overtime and in‑calls
