Key Responsibilities

• Lead engaging and effective Reformer Pilates classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels
• Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of exercises with emphasis on proper form and technique
• Offer personalized feedback and modifications to ensure client safety and progress
• Foster a supportive and motivating class environment that promotes inclusivity and confidence
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and organization
• Communicate professionally with clients about goals, progress, and concerns
• Collaborate with the studio team on class development and client engagement
• Promote classes and wellness tips through social media to strengthen community connection
