Working in the real estate/construction sector in particular, this employer will give you the opportunity to put your knowledge to the fore and develop your skills in this sector of activity.

YOUR ROLE:

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Drafting and reviewing legal documents related to financing, co-ownership, leases, and other Real Estate matters;

• Meeting with different teams to provide legal opinions, particularly in Real Estate Law;

• Actively contributing to financing and partnership files associated with real estate projects;

• Participating in due diligence processes for major acquisition transactions.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Law ;

• Member of the Chambre des notaires du Québec;

• Experience in Real Estate Law;

• Experience in Co-ownership Law (an asset);

• Excellent oral and written bilingualism (French and English);

• Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities;

• Thoroughness, attention to detail, autonomy and proactivity.
