Job description
A community healthcare organization in Brantford, Ontario is seeking a full-time pharmacist to provide clinical coverage for a Level 2 Critical Care Unit and contribute to medication safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm D, hold a pharmacist license in Ontario, and ideally have at least 5 years of inpatient hospital experience.
