Gluing Robot Operator and Packager- Nights

We’re hiring for an Entry-Level Production Associate to join one of ABL Employment’s trusted clients in the Mississauga area. This company has been a leader in the garage door and entry door industry for over 40 years, specializing in innovative product design, manufacturing, and quality service.

Pay & Benefits :

–$21.50 / hour + weekly pay every Friday

– Benefits available after probationary period

Job Duties :

– Unpack newly manufactured window frames and place them on the work table

– Operate an automated gluing machine by pressing the start button (training provided – no robotics experience needed!)

– Monitor the process to ensure glue is applied correctly and resolve minor issues if they occur

– Package completed frames and store them in the warehouse

Requirements :

– VERY detail-oriented with strong focus on accuracy and quality

– Comfortable occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs

– Reliable, eager to learn, and ready for full training provided onsite
