Were seeking someone to dive into supporting our practice in an Administrative Capacity on a part-time basis (Monday to Friday approximately 20 hours a week); with hours and start times flexible based on the preference of the successful candidate.

The role : As the successful candidate youll ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business by providing high-level administrative support including managing schedules communications and priorities so that our Chief People Officer (CPO) can focus on delivering excellence and engaging with our clients. As the right-hand person to our CPO your primary responsibility will be supporting her in an Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant capacity while also providing administrative support to our broader team as needed.
Specific responsibilities include :
Personal Assistant to CPO responsibilities may include : running errands picking up supplies meeting preparation and other related tasks. The opportunity to accompany our CPO in travelling for workshops or client engagements may arise from time to time.
About You : You are admin and tech savvy you love to organize and create systems that enable efficiency. You are the person that jumps in to say "I got this! I can do that for you".... or ...."I would love to learn that! " You are a make-it-happen person who takes pride in diving in and crossing the finish line on to-do-lists and action items.
