A career as an Enterprise Architect in the IT Delivery Architecture - Wealth Management team at National Bank means acting as a Senior Enterprise Architect in the wealth management sector. It is through your business architecture skills, investment experience, and technology knowledge that you have a positive impact on the client / employee / partner experience, profitability, and growth of the wealth management industry.

Your role :

• Act as a trusted advisor to the domain's lines of business in the development of the domain's long-term strategic vision and in continuous decision-making.
• Collect the strategy and business issues, their operational reality, transpose them into multi-channel / multi-line business solutions, and propose strategies to support the realization of activities.
• Establish and maintain the mapping of the business capabilities of the investment area (and other areas used), in collaboration with the business line and data governance.
• Maintain the target architecture and transformation roadmap of technology ecosystems.
• Support and accompany the delivery trains, ensuring that the solutions put in place are in line with the roadmap and that they comply with the Bank's guidelines and architecture standards.
• Identify possible interrelationships and synergies between the different delivery trains.
• Ensure the healthy evolution of the application portfolio : obsolescence, technological debt, simplification of the overall IT ecosystem, etc.
• Carry out monitoring to stay on top of business and technological trends and best practices. Contribute to the innovation process with the line of business.

Within the IT Delivery - Wealth Management sector, you are part of a team of 10 colleagues, reporting to the Strategy and Delivery Architect. Our team stands out for its investment expertise, its proximity to the line of business, and the collaboration of all its members. We favor a variety of forms of continuous learning to enrich your development, including learning in action, training content made available to you, and working in collaboration with colleagues with diverse expertise and profiles.

Requirements :

Languages : English, French. Reason to require this language : you will need to work closely with our colleagues outside Quebec.
