Job description

Are you an organized, people-focused professional who thrives in real estate sales support and looking to jump start their career? Matchbox Consulting Group is partnering with a leading real estate developer in the Surrey / Langley area to find a real estate Sales Representative to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company delivering thousands of homes in the next few years.

Responsibilities :

Assist the Sales Manager with contract preparation, processing, and deal administration

Ensure all deals are compliant, accurate, and properly signed, approved, and / or countered

Work within CRM systems such as Blackline, Lasso, or Hubspot to manage client and realtor data

Liaise with Marketing, Homeowner Care, and Construction teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience

Track, log, and maintain a database of customer service issues and follow-ups

Provide updates to purchasers and their realtors, ensuring timely and transparent communication

Organize project walk-throughs, key pick-ups, and homeowner orientations

Support the execution of sales events and presale launches

Qualifications :

2+ years of Canadian real estate sales or presale experience, ideally within multi-family residential developments

Experience using CRM systems such as Blackline, Lasso, Hubspot, or Avesdo

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy

Knowledge of the Lower Mainland real estate market and competitors

A strong network of realtors is considered an asset

Ability to work evenings and weekends as required

Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a vehicles
