Role Impact : To provide dispatch communication to Security Guards regarding incidents, requests for assistance, emergencies, etc., and log details of radio transmission, telephone calls and verbal instructions, and to direct back-up support as necessary and to provide indirect supervision of security officers.

What you will deliver

• Dispatch Security Guards to incidents, requests for assistance, emergencies, etc.
• Log details of radio transmission, telephone calls and verbal instructions
• Direct back-up support as necessary
• Inform management of major incidents
• Assist in maintenance of Card Index System
• Maintain the Camera Surveillance System
• Conduct security equipment audits
• Maintain key control, lost and found and emergency contact lists
• Provide training and coaching on an ad-hoc basis
• Perform other duties as assigned
