Job description

Responsabilités

  • Assister le pharmacien dans ses fonctions ;
  • Effectuer l’entrée de nouvelles ordonnances du dossier patient ;
  • Numériser les ordonnances et les renouveler ;
  • Effectuer le service à la clientèle ;
  • Réaliser la facturation ;
  • Préparer les dossiers de transfert pour le pharmacien ;
  • Faire des suivis cliniques ;
  • Saisir les informations des dossiers à livrer dans le système de communication.

Exigences

  • Diplôme d'études comme assistant technique en pharmacie, production pharmaceutique ou davantage d'années d'expérience si aucun diplôme ;
  • Minimum 2 à 3 ans d'expérience comme ATP au Québec ;
  • Excellente maitrise du français parlé et écrit ;
  • Anglais fonctionnel ;
  • Aisance avec les outils informatiques (grande utilisation d’Excel et système de pharmacie à apprendre) ;
  • Gestion des priorités et des urgences ;
  • Proactivité et productivité ;
  • Travail d’équipe ;
  • Disponibilité et flexibilité ;
  • Excellent service à la clientèle ;
  • Sens de l'organisation.
