Job Description

The Senior Project Manager will provide end-to-end delivery leadership for a complex system replacement initiative, coordinating multiple vendors and internal technical teams, managing system integrations, and ensuring successful implementation while maintaining service continuity.

This is a highly strategic delivery role requiring deep experience in IT project execution, technical coordination, and engineering informed decision making within complex, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Locate Ticketing System modernization initiative.
• Provide end to end project leadership across all phases of delivery, from initiation through implementation and transition.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams, solution architects, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Oversee system integrations with CRM, mapping platforms, telephony, and related digital services.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and budgets.
• Lead testing, user acceptance, cutover planning, and go live readiness activities.
• Ensure delivery remains aligned with approved scope, timelines, and funding commitments.
• Provide regular status reporting, risk escalation, and decision support to senior leadership and governance forums.
• Support change management, communication planning, and stakeholder engagement activities.
