Job descriptionFull time Flexible Hours, Shift, To be determined Starts as soon as possible Other benefits Keep records of the quantities of food used Package take-out food Portion and wrap foods Prepare, heat and finish simple food items Serve customers at counters or buffet tables Stock refrigerators and salad bars Take customers' orders Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice and trim foodstuffs Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys Supervise and co‑ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage Prepare and submit reports Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures Establish methods to meet work schedules Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres Address customers' complaints or concerns Ensure food service and quality control Establish work schedules Estimate and order ingredients and supplies Food service counter attendants and food preparers Staff in various areas of responsibility Own transportation Fast‑paced environment Standing for extended periods Work under pressure Client focus Efficient interpersonal skills Team player Canadian citizens and permanent or temporary residents of Canada. Other candidates with or without a valid Canadian work permit.
