Your responsibilities will include.

Job Description : Assisting clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing and mobility.

Providing companionship and emotional support to promote social interaction and well-being.

Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands as needed.

Monitoring and reporting changes in clients’ health status to the care management team.

Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure clients receive personalized care that meets their individual needs.

Qualifications : Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families.

Reliable and dependable with strong work ethics.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Prior experience in caregiving or related field preferred, but not required.
