Morskate Manufacturing is a family-run structural steel manufacturer located in Ponoka, Alberta. Specializing in structural, agricultural and custom orders, we take pride in the ability to be adaptable and flexible when designing and building orders to meet the customers exact requirements.
Position Summary

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all yard operations including shipping and receiving, inventory organization, material handling, and supervising the yard crew. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient flow of materials and supporting both shop and project timelines. If you are a detail-oriented, safety-focused individual with strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of structural steel operations, we want to hear from you!

We offer competitive starting wages beginning at $30-34 per hour, with final rates determined by your experience, skill level, and how well you align with the role. We appreciate dedication and commitment, and we conduct thorough performance reviews after three months and annually to acknowledge outstanding work and support employee growth.
