We are seeking a flag person to play a vital role in keeping workers, drivers, and pedestrians safe at our construction site in Langford, BC.

What You’ll Be Doing

Direct traffic safely through and around active work zones

Set up and take down traffic control devices (signs, cones, barricades)

Communicate with crew and motorists to ensure a safe flow of traffic

Monitor site conditions and adjust traffic control as needed

Always wear and maintain proper PPE

Follow WorkSafeBC and Ministry of Transportation regulations

Perform labourer work as required when no flagging work is needed

What We’re Looking For

At least 2 years of experience as a construction labourer or flagger

Valid BCCSA Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification – REQUIRED

Previous experience is an asset, but not required

Physically fit & able to work outdoors in all weather

Clear communication skills & a strong commitment to safety
