Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Machine Operation : Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery to ensure smooth daily operations.

Precision & Compliance : Follow detailed work orders, production instructions, and strict safety protocols.

Quality Control : Conduct regular machine adjustments and inspect finished products to ensure they meet our quality benchmarks.

Troubleshooting : Identify and resolve minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Organization : Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.

Collaboration : Work closely with supervisors and production leads to hit daily output targets.

Qualifications

Proven Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in machine operation or a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Mechanical Aptitude : A strong natural ability to understand machinery, coupled with a high level of attention to detail.

Safety & Compliance : A disciplined approach to following safety protocols and production guidelines without compromise.

Physical Stamina : Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Technical Basics : Proficient in basic math and precise measurement skills to ensure product accuracy.

Work Ethic : Punctual, reliable, and thrives in an environment where speed and quality go hand-in-hand.
