Lopportunit :

Comme stagiaire au sein de lquipe des communications intgres, tu vas acqurir une exprience concrte en travaillant aux cts de nos quipes internes pour soutenir lexcution de campagnes de communications intgres. Ce stage est parfait pour quelquun qui veut apprendre les bases des relations publiques, des relations mdias et du storytelling de marque dans un environnement dagence rapide et collaboratif.

Avec laccompagnement de membres seniors de lquipe, tu participeras des programmes de communications intgres qui touchent les relations mdias, les vnements et le storytelling ax sur le contenu. Tu collaboreras avec diffrentes quipes internes pour soutenir lexcution des campagnes, proposer des ides cratives et comprendre comment plusieurs canaux de communication travaillent ensemble pour renforcer la prsence des marques.

Ce que tu seras porte faire :

  • Soutenir la planification et lexcution dvnements, tout en aidant sur les initiatives de presse et les activations influenceurs, afin de garder les chanciers organiss et les livrables sur la bonne voie.
  • Appuyer lquipe dans lexcution de stratgies RP et communications intgres alignes sur les objectifs clients et le positionnement des marques.
  • Aider la rdaction de pitchs mdias, communiqus de presse, documents de briefing et communications internes, avec laccompagnement de membres seniors.
  • Faire de la recherche mdia et contribuer btir, mettre jour et maintenir des listes cibles de mdias et dinfluenceurs.
  • Surveiller les retombes mdias et les rseaux sociaux, suivre les mentions et signaler ce qui est pertinent lquipe.
  • Rester lafft des tendances culturelles, des mouvements mdiatiques et des nouvelles de lindustrie, et amener des ides fraches lors des brainstorms.
  • Soutenir les efforts de reporting en aidant rassembler les donnes, compiler les retombes et contribuer aux rapports mensuels ou de fin de campagne.
  • Maintenir une bonne organisation des trackers, calendriers et outils RP pour assurer des mises jour justes et temps.
  • Collaborer troitement avec les quipes RP, social et influence afin davoir une exposition complte des campagnes entirement intgres.

Ce que tu apportes sur la table :

  • Tu termines ou as rcemment complt un diplme ou un baccalaurat en relations publiques, communications, marketing, journalisme ou dans un domaine connexe, ou une exprience quivalente via des stages ou projets scolaires.
  • Une exprience pralable en stage, milieu acadmique ou bnvolat en RP, communications, marketing ou mdias est un atout, mais pas obligatoire. La curiosit et la motivation comptent le plus.
  • Excellentes comptences en communication crite et orale, avec un intrt marqu pour apprendre crer des pitchs mdias et des outils RP efficaces.
  • Bilingue franais et anglais, lcrit comme loral.
  • Esprit dquipe, fiable, proactifve et toujours prte aider l o il faut.
  • laise dans un environnement rapide et motive dcouvrir le fonctionnement dune agence au quotidien.

  • Dure : 12 semaines, davril juin
  • Horaire : temps plein, 40 heures par semaine
  • Rmunration : 18 $ de lheure
  • Possibilit temps plein : cette dcision dpendra de la russite du stage, dun accord mutuel entre toutes les parties et des besoins dembauche au moment venu.
  • Environnement de travail ultra flexible avec peu ou pas dobligation de prsence au bureau, pour te permettre dadapter ton horaire comme tu veux.
  • Fin de journe 14 h tous les vendredis, pour commencer le week-end plus tt.

    The Opportunity : As an intern in the Integrated Comms team, youll gain hands-on experience working alongside our Internal teams to support the execution of integrated communications campaigns. This internship is designed for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of public relations, media relations, and brand storytelling in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment.

    With mentorship from senior team members, youll assist with integrated communications programs that span media relations, events, and content-driven storytelling. Youll collaborate with internal teams to support campaign execution, contribute creative ideas, and gain hands-on experience in how multiple communication channels work together to strengthen brand presence.

    Your Scope of Work :

  • Support event planning and execution while assisting with press initiatives and influencer activations, helping keep timelines organized and deliverables moving forward.
  • Support the team in executing integrated PR and communications strategies that align with client objectives and brand positioning.
  • Assist with drafting media pitches, press releases, briefing documents, and internal communications materials under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Conduct media research and help build, update, and maintain targeted media and influencer lists.
  • Monitor media coverage and social channels, tracking placements and flagging relevant mentions to the team.
  • Stay up to date on cultural trends, media movements, and industry news, contributing fresh ideas and insights during brainstorms.
  • Support reporting efforts by helping gather data, compile coverage, and assist with monthly or campaign recap reports.
  • Maintain organization across trackers, calendars, and PR tools to ensure accurate and timely updates.
  • Collaborate closely with teammates across PR, social, and influencer teams to gain exposure to fully integrated campaigns.
  • Your Profile :

  • Finishing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent hands-on experience through internships or school projects).
  • Previous internship, academic, or volunteer experience in PR, communications, marketing, or media is an assetbut not required. Curiosity and motivation matter most.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an interest in learning how to craft effective media pitches and PR materials.
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken.
  • A collaborative team player whos reliable, proactive, and eager to support teammates wherever needed.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and excited to learn how an agency operates day to day.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
  • Passionate about pop culture, media, and storytelling, with a strong interest in beauty, fashion, and lifestyle brands.

  • Full-Time Opportunity : This decision will be contingent on the successful completion of the internship, mutual agreement among all stakeholders and current hiring needs.
