Job descriptionWork with technicians, project managers, designers, graphics techs, engineers and clients to design and create strategic programming packages that meet or exceed Kimco standards. Review mechanical and electrical drawings and specifications to gain a thorough understanding of the design and system. Create and implement programming files. Organize and template programming files and maintain an accurate list of each site. Participate in system commissioning and monitoring. Multi‑task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail. Collaborate with others and maintain passion for programming. Provide continued support to project completion. Delta Controls programming experience is a key asset. At least 1 year of programming experience. GCL+ experience is an asset. Knowledge of BMS, HVAC & electrical systems is an asset. Salary : $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
- Depending on qualifications and experience.
