Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation and update IAs for client meetings
• Create analysis reports and identify referral opportunities
• Administer lead coding and marketing pieces
• Maintain compliance documentation and client service protocols
• Provide client service via phone, mail, electronic inquiries
• Deliver exceptional client experience and support team performance
