Job Description

• Design and analyze structural systems for various property projects.
• Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction phases.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and industry regulations.
• Develop and review project budgets, schedules, and materials.
• Utilize advanced engineering software for design and analysis tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Structural Engineer should have :

• A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design engineering.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles and structural design standards.
• Proficiency in using engineering and design software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in the property industry or related sectors is an asset.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
