Location : Cornwall
Reports to : Operations Manager
Job Status : Full Time -Permanent
Shifts Available : Monday to Friday 8 : 00am-4 : 30pm

Competitive salary starting from $65,000 to $67,000 with an extensive benefit package

Company Team Events
As an Operations Supervisor, you'd oversee daily operations and ensure optimal performance across teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Specific responsibilities include :
Provides ongoing administrative support to the Service Manager, such as time and attendance, beans for the shop, charge chargebacks for the shop.
Assist customers via phone and email with requests regarding invoicing. Prepare credits when required.
Complete work order reversals and rebills.
Revise all new operations leases, capital leases before getting them signed, and update leases in the system to bill properly.
Coordinate daily yard checks and trailer check-ins, and visual inspection of trailer units.
Oversee the opening and closing of rentals and leases.
Qualifications :
Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a supervisory role
Completion of post-secondary education
Intermediate - Advanced computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook,)
Strong customer service skills; ability to deal with strong personalities.
Excellent organizational skills; ability to multitask.
