Assistant Controller

Seeking a detail-oriented Project Controller on behalf of a leading consulting and engineering organization. This is an exciting opportunity for professionals to contribute to the financial oversight and performance management of diverse projects within a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial monitoring, reporting, and forecasting for multiple projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Track project budgets, manage cost controls, and support project managers in identifying and mitigating financial risks.
• Prepare regular financial reports and analysis for internal stakeholders, highlighting project status and variances.
• Assist in invoice preparation, contract management, and revenue recognition according to organizational policies.
• Collaborate with project teams to review performance, implement process improvements, and promote best practices.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; additional certifications preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in project accounting, financial analysis, or controlling, preferably within engineering, construction, or consulting environments.
• Proficiency with project management and accounting software.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing requirements.
