Software Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst

In this role the Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will be responsible for analyzing planning and organizing tasks related to the preparation and execution of test plans and scripts to ensure quality of new and / or modified products and features across the Four Eyes Intelligent Compliance Platform.

Candidate must be located in New Brunswick.

Focus Areas

Validating Software Functionality & UI Design : Oversee that all aspects of the software are tested thoroughly to ensure the platform functions with the highest standard of quality possible.

• Oversee and execute test cases and test strategies for products features and patches in an effort to eliminate functionality and UI imperfections;
• Maintain updated testing documentation as products and features are added;
• Work with clients on joint testing initiatives;
• Support the creation of release notes prior to deployments;
• Implement metrics and tools for the companys testing performance while developing and advocating for software QA processes that fit into a sprint-based agile development environment;
• Develop a road map to continue improving the QA process as the business grows.
