Senior Programmer Analyst will actively contribute to the design, evolution, and quality of the company’s EDM platform, while assuring level 3 technical support.

Feature Development

• Help design and program high-risk components.
• Diagnose and resolve the most complex technical issues.
• Understand and play a major role in the design and delivery cycle—from ideation to project design, UX, coding, testing, deployment, security, and component integration.
• Ensure the solution is easy to maintain by promoting good design and code refactoring to minimize technical debt and simplify deployment.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to ensure the product’s long‑term technical sustainability.
• Produce clear and effective technical documentation.
