Sr. Accountant, Small Business

Pathfind has an immediate opening with a well-established Public Practice Firm. They are seeking a keen, collaborative experienced Sr. Accountant for their Small Business Group. The Sr. Accountant will be responsible for delivering a range of public accounting services to our small business clientele.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Advising on purposeful recommendations to clients
  • Leading and executing on client engagements, specifically compilations and reviews PlanningTimely and accurate preparation of financial accounting for a variety of clientelePreparation of personal and corporate tax returnsPreparation of T slips as Special projects as
  • First review of compilation engagements
  • Maintained current client
  • Represent client at networking and industry events to leverage new business
  • Obtain a basic understanding of our clients’ businesses and learn their best

Education & Experience

  • 3 to 5 years of progressive professional accounting experience
  • Understanding of accounting and auditing standards and principles, tax regulations and legal documents in a financial environment
  • Experience leading and mentoring CPA
  • CPA designation or near completion of CPA
  • Skills & Knowledge

    o The salary range is $75,000 to $85,000 depending upon experience.
