Logistics Coordinator

Your Responsibilities

• Coordinate and/or plan inbound outbound and return freight transportation
• Liaise and coordinate with relevant service providers and internal stakeholders regarding freight/deliveries including Red Carpet D2C and B2B shipments
• Be responsible for customs clearing and other transport regulatory compliance tasks (dangerous goods environmental) including transport damage claims
• Ensure adherence to transport service levels and KPIs
• Freight claims management and record keeping
• Support in in other supply chain tasks

What we are looking for

• Academic qualification or relevant work experience
• 3 years Operations/Transport background preferred
• SAP experience preferred
• White goods white glove experience considered a major asset
• Good analytical skills
• Good interpersonal and account management skills
• Well structures Process and e2e thinking
• Good IT understanding
• Strong communication skills to all organizational levels
