Job Opportunity : Senior Business Analysts (2 positions)

Location : Onsite

Duration : 1 year + 4 optional extensions

Security Clearance : Top Secret  About the Role Altis Technology is seeking Business Analysts for a contract opportunity with one of our Federal Government Clients.  Key Responsibilities

Collect, manage, and validate system / user requirements in a classified environment

Maintain requirements databases (e.g., DOORS), baselines, traceability, and change management

Coordinate with stakeholders, conduct impact analysis, and document project dependencies

Support testing and verification processes, including UAT planning and execution

Develop SOPs, project documentation, and facilitate training needs assessments

Prepare meeting materials, progress reports, and transition documentation

Must-Have Experience

8+ years in business analysis for IM / IT projects (within last 15 years)

5+ years developing use cases and briefing analysis results

Proven experience identifying viable business solutions and drafting functional specs

Prior work briefing and consulting with cross-functional project teams

Assets (Rated)

Degree or diploma in IM / IT, science, or engineering

Business Analysis certifications (e.g., PMI-PBA, IIBA CBAP)

Federal government IM / IT project experience

UML, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder engagement expertise
