Our client, a well established and highly regarded law firm, located in the core of downtown Toronto, close to Union Station is in need of an Accounting Support Assistant to join its administration team. This is a wonderful opportunity to join a friendly and team oriented group of professionals.
This position is multifaceted and requires someone who is organized, with the ability to multi-task, problem solve and is familiar with the flow of a law firm’s back office.
The candidate ideally has GhostPractice, PClaw (or other similar accounting software experience) including AR and AP transactions, bank reconciliations and general law firm administration.
