Were excited to share that were hiring a Temporary Full-Time Member Service Representative for our Langley Service Location !

This role is anticipated to begin in mid-March and run through late August or September depending on candidate availability.

As a Member ServiceRepresentative yourpart of the Member-facing team that delivers exceptional Member experiences every the first and last impression for every Member who enters and leaves our Service location. This position plays a pivotal role in delivering amazing Member experiences byidentifyingMember needs and seamlessly directing Service Location customer flow.

You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Yourean analytical thinker with sound judgment and decision-making skills.

A fast-paced environment with shifting priorities is no problem for you.

Whatyoulldo :

Engage and welcome incoming Members and proactively coordinate appointments with the Advisors to ensure an ideal waiting experience.

Answer incoming phone callsmaking outbound calls to confirm appointmentsandmonitortheServiceLocation email account.

Enhances Member value by promoting BCAA Membershipproductsand services

Process payments and documents.

What you bring :

Completion of Grade 12.

At least two years experience in customer service preferably in insurance or hospitality.

Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Office Suite Products (Word Excel Outlook).

Bonus qualifications!

CAIB certification or knowledge of ICBC systems.

Ability to speak otherlanguagesaside from English.

The hourly rate range for this positionis $21.23to$26.54 and isdeterminedvia job-related knowledge skills experience certifications marketdemandand internal addition to base salary and BCAA benefits this positionmay beeligible for a performance bonus target of 10% with the opportunity to earn up to 17%.
