Interested in joining one of Canadas top performing asset managers We are looking for a summer intern (May - August 2026)for an existing vacancy on our Proposal and Consultant Database team. If you enjoy learning about different investment products find it exciting to win new business and thrive in a fast-paced environment then consider joining our team. You will be part of a group of energetic social individuals who work as a team and want to succeed! Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in office and remote working days throughout the week.
What You Will Do
- Assist in building the underlying architecture within the RFP software platform to support automation of standard deliverables.
- Support mapping and structuring data fields content linkages and workflows within the system.
- Help test automated features and validate output quality before wider team adoption.
- Identify outdated content and flag items requiring SME or compliance review.
- Assist the Proposal team in preparing proposal submissions including gathering content and ensuring alignment with brand standards.
What You Bring
Looking for bright energetic positive and resourceful individual to work as part of our dynamic fast-paced team. The role requires someone with excellent oral and written communication skills who is hard-working efficient organized and works well independently and with others.
- Ideally you are currently pursuing your degree in business specializing in finance and have a strong interest in learning about the industry
- You are a strong team player and can work effectively under pressure adhering to deadlines.
- Proven organizational and effective problem-solving skills are required.
The salary range for this position is $42900 - $48750. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
