Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in science, diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology, or a related discipline.
  
• Current registration in good standing with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO).
  
• Working experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT).
  
• Understanding of patient process and its application.
  
• Working knowledge of laboratory techniques, terminology, equipment, and materials.
  
• High-level sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.
  
• Mathematical and scientific skills in interpretation of test results and analyses.
  
• Application of data processing and analytics.
  
• Must be knowledgeable in health & safety and environmental standards.
  
• Must possess a strong understanding of WHMIS and MSDS.
