We love elevating the game, ensuring that our guests have a stellar experience whether it be through bowling, food & beverage or private events. Our purpose behind the pins is a commitment to achieve the goal of service excellence through our actions, accountability and collaboration. In a technology filled world, we love living IRL and connecting with our team members and guests by knocking down a few pins.
Job Description:
- Create a positive guest experience maintaining steps of service with hospitality top of mind.
- Serve food and drink in the bar area and at tables.
- Make cocktails and mocktails with tools required and according to recipe specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Operate glass washer according to health and safety standards.
- Prepare garnishes and syrups according to recipe specifications.
- Ability to make recommendations and suggestively sell food and drink items based on guest preferences and allergies.
- Ringing in sales into our POS system and processing payment ensuring all items are accounted for on the bill.
- Complete all opening and closing duties according to checklists and operational standards.
- Serve guests according to AGCO/SmartServe standards requirements.
- Stop serving guests according to AGCO/SmartServe requirements and standards.
- Stock and maintain all required ingredients to make all drinks on menu.
- Run food and drink items and support restaurant operations when required.
- Communicate all out-of-stock items and spillage to bar manager.

Qualifications:
- Passion for food, beverage and hospitality.
- At least 2 years bartending experience.
- SmartServe certification is a MUST.
- Safe Food Handling Certification (not required but preferred).
- Beer, wine and cocktail knowledge.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work holidays and weekends as needed.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment highlighting time management skills.
- Ability to lift boxes of liquor bottles, move kegs and stand for a long period of time.
