Job Description

This role will primarily be responsible for order picking and packing goods for shipment, loading and unloading trucks, and tracking shipments for customers. You will work closely with a close‑knit team that mentors you to grow and take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Physically receive, inspect and locate Evaluation Field inventory inbound shipments on the Field Inventory Tracking System.
• Receive inventory into the Evaluation pool through ORACLE.
• Check all incoming kits and identify missing items.
• Order missing items from kits and replenish kits and place back on shelf.
• Coordinate inventory issues and products to be billed to appropriate coordinators.
• Pick and ship Consignment and Advantage Order Types.
• Pick and ship DEMO field inventory requests.
• Build kits physically as required by the Evaluation & Consignment Department.
• Daily put away of loose LBD capital and disposables.
• Test eval units and move repaired product from EVALCHECK to put away in programs in accordance with Health Canada requirements.
• Provide after‑hours on‑call assistance for trauma set shipping.
• Quarterly audit of evaluation sets against the system as needed : Ortho / Acumed / In2bones.
• Maintain LBD warehouse to Health Canada standards.
• Keep LBD warehouse organized and arranged by product category.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
