JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Coordinator provides hands-on administrative and organizational support to drive the day-to-day effectiveness of the Operations department. By coordinating activities, maintaining operational documentation, and supporting streamlined workflows, this role ensures smooth and efficient operations. The Operations Coordinator partners with internal stakeholders and supports ongoing process improvements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure accuracy of time sheets daily.

This includes all personal and equipment that are recorded in the daily time sheets, under the correct phase of work and file number of each project.
