Job descriptionThis position is responsible for providing scheduled maintenance, performing minor and major engine overhauls in the field. Must have prior mechanical experience such as automotive, power generation, heavy equipment or diesel engines. Perform preventative maintenance (oil change, valve adjustment, lube and check equipment). Experienced using tools (including diagnostic equipment, hand tools, and power tools). Ability to read, interpret safety documents, schematics and other mechanical diagrams. Experienced in troubleshooting, repairs and rebuild an engine. The ability to work well as part of a team. Willing to work in non-climate-controlled conditions. Ability to travel including some overnight travel. Must be able to regularly lift and / or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and / or move up to 100lbs. Willing to work 8–12 hours per day. Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and desire to succeed. Must be able to communicate via telephone & email.
