Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre (RVH) is seeking a Planning Lead with demonstrated capital project and redevelopment experience. Reporting to the Manager of Capital Projects, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team. Working within an established department, the Planning Lead role works with hospital leaders and clinical teams to shape how capital redevelopment projects are designed and built within the health centre. As Planning Lead, you will lead multiple projects simultaneously, requiring solid leadership, efficient planning, and effective prioritization skills.

RVH is a regional health centre with multiple patient care locations in the community. Access to reliable transportation for travel to project sites may be required. During critical project implementation periods, the ability to work off-hours and / or non-business hours may be required. The Planning Lead position works onsite together with colleagues, project teams and contractors, with an option to work-from-home on an occasional basis as project deliverables allow.
