Financial Security Advisor – Desjardins

The Desjardins Group seeks a dedicated Financial Security Advisor to join our growing network of over 200 professionals across Quebec. This position focuses on life and health insurance solutions tailored to the needs of Desjardins members and clients.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell life, health, disability and critical illness insurance products and services.
• Assess client satisfaction and service quality, following up and making improvements as needed.
• Establish and maintain good relationships with referral sources; help target and analyze potential member/client files.
• Identify business opportunities and present information to partners so members and clients can reach their financial goals.
• Stay current on industry developments, new products and trends to drive business development.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of French is required.
• A valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle are mandatory.
• Available to work Monday to Friday, including two evenings per week.
• Any career path or formal training is welcome; a passion for working in the financial sector is essential.
