About The Role

The Inforce Service Administrator role offers a variety of responsibilities and we are seeking someone who gets customer service and is looking for a challenging role in a fun environment. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships with our customers (Life Insurance Advisors) and carriers (Life Insurance Companies) through seamless customer service and support.

What Youll Do

Liaise between policyholder advisors and insurance carriers

Handle a variety of service inquiries throughout the lifecycle of a life insurance policy

Maintain an understanding of the different Insurance Carriers inforce-related processes

Exercise sound judgement when providing administrative support and guidance

What Youll Need for Success

A positive attitude the constant desire to help others curiosity and the ability to deliver consistently

Clear written and oral communication skills

Ability to identify and analyze problems and provide optimal solutions

Previous life insurance industry experience

Practical experience with MS Office Suite and online meeting platforms

Compensation

The expected salary range for this position is $45000 to $50000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidates skills experience and working location as well as the specific positions business line scope and level.
