Job description

Randstad Winnipeg is currently looking for a motivated and driven Account Manager to join a fantastic, growing organization located in the North of Winnipeg.

Are you a self-motivated, driven, tenacious sales professional with outstanding customer service skills? Do you enjoy building relationships and are able to connect with people easily? Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts across Canada
  • Research, identify, and develop new business development opportunities
  • Project-manage new sales campaigns with customers
  • Manage pricing and contract negotiations from implementation to execution
  • Collaborate with the rest of the sales department on proposals and development opportunities
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to contribute to the company's goals
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

  • Previous business development and Account Management experience
  • University degree or College Diploma (preferred)
  • Ability to build relationships and communicate with key stakeholders
  • Motivated, persistent, and a great team player
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation abilities
  • Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods will be an asset (ideally in Produce)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to travel within Canada as well as the U.S.
