Senior Clerk

As a senior clerk at National Bank Insurance, you will showcase your ability to work in synergy with the Bank's various sectors and partners.

You will use your excellent customer service skills and proactivity to handle administrative needs and respond to requests from clients and partners.

Your role :

• Independently perform various administrative tasks, gathering information, research, and verifications.
• Scan claims documents, requiring your presence at the office 2 to 3 days a week.
• Respond adequately to requests from customers and partners by offering professional and courteous service.
• Manage multiple emails inboxes.
• Produce reports to perform various tasks and ensure follow-ups.
• Conduct research and follow-ups for colleagues.
• Identify problematic situations and collaborate to resolve issues autonomously with different sectors.
• Propose optimization ideas for the continuous improvement of our operations.

Your team :

Reporting to the Claim Support Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to handle multiples tasks related to loan insurance, personal insurance, and Credit Card insurance.

Prerequisites :

• Completed high school diploma and 2½ years of relevant experience or a college diploma and 6 months of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
• Able to carry out multiple and varied tasks.
• Able to come up with ideas for optimizing procedures.
• At ease in a constantly changing environment
• Thorough, attentive to detail, good teamwork skills and autonomous
