Position Summary : We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified individuals to join our team as Online Tutors. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one‑on‑one or group tutoring sessions to students across various subjects and grade levels. The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in their respective subject areas, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct online tutoring sessions via video conferencing platforms, addressing the specific academic needs of each student.
• Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials based on the student's individual learning style and academic goals.
• Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to tailor tutoring strategies accordingly.
• Provide clear explanations of complex concepts and reinforce understanding through practical examples and exercises.
• Create a supportive and encouraging learning environment to boost students' confidence and motivation.
• Monitor and track students' progress, adjusting tutoring strategies as needed to ensure continuous improvement.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the company to provide feedback on students' performance and address any concerns.
• Stay informed about current curriculum standards and educational trends in Ontario to better assist students.
