Job description

Are you an experienced HVAC professional with a passion for teaching and mentorship?

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HVAC Instructor to join our growing team. If you’re ready to help shape the next generation of skilled tradespeople, this opportunity is for you!

? What You’ll Do :
Teach HVAC curriculum in both classroom and lab settings (in-person and online)
Engage students through lectures, hands-on activities, and industry-relevant content
Track attendance, assess performance, and support student retention and success
Maintain an organized and professional learning environment
Collaborate with staff, Career Services, and participate in school events

Stay up to date with HVAC industry trends and maintain required certifications

? What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of HVAC industry experience

G2 certification (minimum)

Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with CRM / LMS platforms

Strong communication skills and a commitment to student success

Experience in adult education or private career colleges is an asset, but not required

Two professional references verifying industry or teaching experience

? Preferred Qualifications :

48 months of recent HVAC work / teaching experience

24 months of experience plus one of the following :

Bachelor’s degree (Canadian or equivalent)

College diploma or equivalent

Trade certification (Ontario College of Trades or equivalent)
