Regional Sales Manager (Vancouver, BC)

The anticipated salary range for this role is $80,000 – $95,000 CAD, commensurate with experience. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a sales performance-based bonus and a comprehensive Total Rewards package.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory revenue targets and drive growth across municipal, industrial, and commercial markets.
• Strengthen and expand the dealer network by recruiting, training, and providing sales tools to maximize dealer performance and engagement.
• Manage direct sales opportunities and high-value accounts, leading contract negotiations and building relationships with key decision-makers.
• Conduct hands-on technical equipment demonstrations to showcase product capabilities and train both dealers and customers on features and maintenance.
• Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to provide accurate sales forecasts and collaborate on region-specific marketing campaigns.

It would be WOW if you would bring this in:

• 5+ years of proven sales experience in municipal equipment, industrial machinery, or capital equipment, including dealer management and direct sales.
• Strong technical sales, demonstration, and negotiation skills, with experience in contract pricing and tender submissions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers and dealers.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales reporting tools, with SAP Business One experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% within Canada; bilingualism in English and French is considered a plus.
